Mission

The Rick Pankow Foundation provides timely and flexible financial help for essential living expenses to individuals and families impacted by a cancer-related illness, as well as college scholarships for students preparing for careers in the horticultural industry.

The Foundation was started in September of 2001 by friends & family to allow Rick Pankow’s legacy to continue in the spirit of giving. Rick Pankow passed away at the age of 43 of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma.

24th Annual Trees of Hope

Foundation volunteers decorated and delivered 140 small holiday trees to patients at EvergreenHealth Hospice and Radiation Oncology to lift spirits and be a reminder of love and community. See all the photos from the day. Thank you for your heartfelt donations, raising $15,300 for families!

Where Do Your Donations Go?

Cancer can be financially devastating to individuals and their families. Your donations help keep these families on their feet and allows them to focus on their treatment & healing. Financial grants pay for rent, utilities, medical bills, car insurance, and other essentials.
